The Master in Service Design at Domus Academy focuses on how services are used and how they can meet changing needs in both public and private sectors.
Service Design applies an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to dissect and embrace social change, building solutions and experiences that meet the needs of a rapidly evolving future.
Through a cross-disciplinary approach, students acquire proficiency in prototyping, problem-solving and business design to develop innovative service ideas.
Students conduct field research to identify unmet user needs and develop innovative solutions, gaining hands-on experience with both physical and digital systems.

What will I learn during this course?
– Students will be able to identify unmet user needs and design innovative physical and digital service experiences
– They will apply skills in storytelling, prototyping, problem-solving, and business design to conduct research, lead co-design activities, and deliver systemic, future-oriented solutions that address evolving social and market needs
What are the requirements?
– Applicants should hold a first-level academic degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Academic Diploma) in a field related to the chosen study programme, along with an English language certificate (IELTS Academic or General, minimum 5.0)
– For the Dual Award, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree not lower than a 2:2 (British undergraduate classification) in a relevant field.
– Those with a lower classification may still apply if they have at least one year of relevant work experience. An English language certificate is also required (IELTS overall 5.5, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component)
