Welcome to our MA in Interior Architecture, where the combination of architecture and interior design expertise helps you craft spaces that resonate with purpose and innovation.
This program centres on shaping inspiring environments across diverse scales, empowering students with mastery over dimensions, human scale, social dynamics and ergonomics
Drawing from over two decades of pioneering research and academic excellence, our MA expands horizons in the dynamic field of interior architecture. It serves as a transformative bridge, connecting architecture, interior design and social sciences.
Aligned with contemporary societal shifts, the emphasis is on the subjective experience within built environments, with a focus on experiential design inclusive of sociological, psychological and anthropological considerations.
Addressing the demands of modern lifestyles, inclusive design needs and multidisciplinary academic trends, we equip graduates with a profound understanding of human responses in built environments.
Our curriculum dives deep into crafting interiors that enrich human activities exploring sustainably the ‘spatial art’ of environmental design.
From the (re)purposing of structures to (re)defining spaces in both large public edifices and intimate domestic settings, students will develop comprehensive design methodologies to achieve meaningful affordances for the end-users of built environments.
Join us to be part of an interdisciplinary journey that bridges the gap between material and experiential aspects of architecture, nurturing graduates with purposeful skills to shape the future of design methodologies in interior architecture.
