Course: Designing Architecture MArch
Location: London, UK
Course dates: September 2022 to June 2024
Application deadline: 1 May 2o22
The LSA’s MArch in Designing Architecture is a two-year programme of Part 2-level study composed of ten modules that address specific aspects of the knowledge, skills and behaviours our graduates will require.
We also have a public programme, including lectures, events, collective peer development and our website, which provide a platform for discourse and knowledge exchange. Each year is defined as the inter-practice year and proto-practice year.
In the former, students are employed in three-day per week, 12-month placements hosted by our Practice Network; in their other time they work on LSA projects.
In the proto-practice year, students are full-time with the LSA developing individual thesis design projects. The school uses the city as both its campus and testing ground, siting our investigations and projects in a different borough every year.
Applications to this course have now closed.
